About me

I am Serhii Herasymchuk, the managing partner of a law firm with extensive experience in the field of law and management. I hold a PhD in Law and am the author of numerous scientific papers and monographs. My legal career began after obtaining higher education at the Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, where I earned a Bachelor’s and a Specialist degree in Law. Further education included a specialization in Finance at the Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, as well as a Master’s degree in Public Administration at the National Academy for Public Administration.

My professional path includes key positions in government institutions and local authorities. I have served as the Chief and First Deputy of the Main Territorial Department of Justice in the Kyiv region and head of the claims and litigation department at the Dnipro City Council. In these roles, I successfully managed legal departments, developed and implemented legal strategies, and represented the interests of government institutions in numerous court cases.

My professional competencies are reinforced by international experience. I have completed internships at the Sacramento City Council, California, as well as professional programs in Washington, D.C., USA. Additionally, I have participated in summer academies on legal policy in Germany and Sweden.

I am proficient in English, allowing me to effectively collaborate with international partners and clients. Moreover, I have completed a sign language course and am able to communicate in sign language, enabling me to provide legal support for clients with hearing impairments.

In my practice, I specialize in pharmaceutical law, land law, real estate, construction, and urban planning activities, as well as representing clients’ interests in court. My expertise also covers criminal and administrative justice, enabling me to provide comprehensive legal services across various aspects of law.
